Yodel standard postage is £3.49 for any UK orders under £40. UK Shipping is FREE for orders over £40.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked shipping is £5.49.
We accept all major credit & debit cards. We also accept PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay.
All of our products have around a 12 month best before date from purchase if kept in a dry, dark and cool place. Keeping them in a kitchen cupboard is suitable.
All of our products are made fresh to order for optimal freshness, so please bare with us. We aim to process orders in 3-5 working days but we often work quicker than this timescale.
For Yodel standard shipping, delivery can take between 2-5 business days from Yodel receiving the item.
For Royal Mail 24 Tracked, delivery will take 1 day from Royal Mail receiving the item. Royal Mail will receive the item the day after your order has been placed during Monday-Friday. Order before 8pm for next day collection.
For example: If you place an order on Thursday at 6pm, your order will be recieved by Royal Mail on Friday and then delivered on Saturday. The cut off time is 7pm.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns on our products. Any refunds will be at the discretion of Matt Cooper Bites.
Products are processed and packed in a plant that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten, wheat, soya, celery, dairy and mustard.
