Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, although it may take longer in busier periods.
You will receive either/or an email/SMS with tracking information for you order. You’ll be able to see if your order has despatched via this tracking.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, but it can take up to two working days.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 aims to deliver items within two to three working days.
Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped as a priority on Monday.
Whilst Royal Mail make every effort to deliver these items within the above-mentioned timescales, this is not guaranteed. Matt Cooper Bites LTD are not responsible or liable for any delay in deliveries for your selected delivery service from Royal Mail, for the above mentioned timescales.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns on our products.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for customers providing wrong contact and/or shipping information.
No refunds will be given for items that the customer no longer wants to keep for any reason.
No returns will be accepted for items.
Any refunds and replacement product(s) will be at the discretion of Matt Cooper Bites LTD.
Food Allergens
Products are processed and packed in a plant that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten, wheat, soya, celery, dairy and mustard. This information is attached to each individual physical product and is also listed on each individual product page.
It is the consumers responsibility to to decide whether any product sold by Matt Cooper Bites LTD is safe to consume. Matt Cooper Bites LTD shall not be liable for any harm or costs caused from consuming any product sold by Matt Cooper Bites LTD.
