- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 10 garlic cloves – sliced
- 6 green finger chillis
- 300ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 300g passata
- Bunch of fresh coriander

Absolutely gutted with this product. Followed the recipe with the chicken tikka ( which is brilliant) but the sauce didn’t taste authentic. Was more comparable to a jar which you could get cheaper. Shame as I actually love the tikka and masala chips
