Ingredients: Tandoori masala (mango powder, onion powder, chilli powder, black salt, celery powder, black cardamom powder, star anise powder, clove powder, lemon powder. Colours: tartrazine (E102), ponceau 4R (E124)), garam masala (ground: cassia, star aniseed, black pepper, green cardamom, pimento, bay leaf, nutmeg, black cardamom, cloves), ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, kashmiri chilli powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, citric acid.
Processed and packed in a plant that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten, wheat, soya, celery, dairy and mustard.

The tandoori lamb Mix is a game changer! Tried to replicate it myself a few times before I found these guys, and failed miserably.
