Ingredients: Tandoori masala (mango powder, onion powder, chilli powder, black salt, celery powder, black cardamom powder, star anise powder, clove powder, lemon powder. Colours: tartrazine (E102), ponceau 4R (E124)), kashmiri chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, garlic powder, ground ginger, paprika, fenugreek leaves, dry mint, salt, citric acid.
Processed and packed in a plant that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten, wheat, soya, celery, dairy and mustard.

I’ve just used your tikka spice but added a difference in which I do every time I make tikka
Instead of yogurt I use
Teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
And 4 tablespoons of double cream (An old added touch from one of Madhur Jaffreys recipe books)
I have got to say with your tikka spice blend mix this has got to the best Chicken Tikka I’ve ever made or eaten.

Just had our first tikka with this mix , it really was delicious, I’d say there’s enough in a mix to do 6 chicken breasts … we had two breasts cubed, so for two of us it will work out at about £4 each time ( with postage)

I prepared this for a dinner party/barbecue. I added the spice mix and yoghurt in the correct proportions with a bit of sea salt and a small amount of lemon juice instead of water. Then I left it to marinade for about 32 hours. I cooked it in an air fryer placing all the chicken pieces on a bed of red onions and covered with coriander. The dish literally lasted about 5 mins before it was gobbled down and was a huge hit with everyone. The taste is superb, subtle and not overpowering and its a real crowd pleaser. Just placing my next order.
