Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Any queries in regards to defected products or incomplete delivery must be raised within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date as per Royal Mail tracking. Any queries raised past 21 days will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for customers providing wrong contact and/or shipping information.
A ‘Stop And Return‘ attempt can be made on orders that have already been despatched and not yet delivered to a wrong address. There is no guarantee that a stop and return will be successfully returned to Matt Cooper Bites LTD. Due to the costs associated with this, if a stop and return is successfully returned to Matt Cooper Bites LTD and you would like the order forwarding onto a new address, the cost of this will be £4.49 per order. Orders cannot be forwarded on until payment has been received. This offer is only valid for 21 days after Matt Cooper Bites LTD receive the return.
No refunds will be given for items that the customer no longer wants to keep for any reason.
No returns will be accepted for items.
Any refunds and replacement product(s) will be at the discretion of Matt Cooper Bites LTD.
