By placing an order, you are confirming you have read and accept our terms and conditions below.

Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, although it may take longer in busier periods. 

You will receive either/or an email/SMS with tracking information for you order. You’ll be able to see if your order has despatched via this tracking.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, but it can take up to two working days. Order Before 11am To Be Sent Same Day Mon-Fri (Exc Bank Hols).

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 aims to deliver items within two to three working days.

During busier times, deliveries may experience delays or take longer than usual due to the amount of post in the Royal Mail network.

Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped as a priority on Monday.

No collections happen on Saturdays or Sundays. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Whilst Royal Mail make every effort to deliver these items within the above-mentioned timescales, this is not guaranteed. Matt Cooper Bites LTD are not responsible or liable for any delay in deliveries for your selected delivery service from Royal Mail, for the above mentioned timescales. 

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Any queries in regards to defected products or incomplete delivery must be raised within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date as per Royal Mail tracking. Any queries raised past 21 days will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for customers providing wrong contact and/or shipping information.

A ‘Stop And Return‘ attempt can be made on orders that have already been despatched and not yet delivered to a wrong address. There is no guarantee that a stop and return will be successfully returned to Matt Cooper Bites LTD. Due to the costs associated with this, if a stop and return is successfully returned to Matt Cooper Bites LTD and you would like the order forwarding onto a new address, the cost of this will be £4.49 per order. Orders cannot be forwarded on until payment has been received. This offer is only valid for 21 days after Matt Cooper Bites LTD receive the return.

No refunds will be given for items that the customer no longer wants to keep for any reason.

No returns will be accepted for items.

Any refunds and replacement product(s) will be at the discretion of Matt Cooper Bites LTD.

Mystery Box's and Bundles 

By purchasing any Mystery Box Bundle or Mystery Bundle from our store, you agree to the following:

1. One Per Customer
Mystery Boxes are limited to one per customer. If multiple orders are placed, we reserve the right to cancel any additional orders.

2. What You’ll Receive
Each bundle is a surprise. All items are chosen by us, and you won’t be able to select or request specific products. Bundles may vary and can include a mix of current, discontinued, overstock, or exclusive items.

3. No Guarantees on Contents
We can’t guarantee any specific items, sizes, colours, or product types will be included. Part of the fun is the surprise.

4. Packaging & Product Condition
Items may come in different types of packaging, including non-retail or simplified packaging. Outer packaging may have minor cosmetic imperfections, which won’t affect the product itself.

5. Returns & Refunds
Because this is a mystery product, we don’t offer returns or exchanges if you simply don’t like the contents.
However, your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within [X] days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

7. Order Cancellation
We may cancel orders if we suspect misuse (such as multiple purchases, abuse of the offer, or resale).

8. Discounts & Offers
Mystery Boxes may be excluded from discount codes or promotions unless stated otherwise.

 

Refer a Friend Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Matt Cooper Bites Ltd Refer a Friend Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to existing customers of Matt Cooper Bites Ltd (“Referrer”).

1.2 A referred individual (“Referred Customer”) must be a new customer who has not previously placed an order with Matt Cooper Bites Ltd.

1.3 Both the Referrer and the Referred Customer must comply with these Terms to qualify for any reward.

1.4 Matt Cooper Bites Ltd reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. How the Program Works

2.1 Referrers may access their unique referral link via the Refer a Friend section within their customer account.

2.2 The Referrer must share their unique referral link directly with a prospective new customer.

2.3 To qualify:

The Referred Customer must:

• Sign up using the Referrer’s unique referral link;

• Place their first order with a subtotal of £25 or more (before discount and excluding shipping);

• Apply the referral reward (currently £5 off) at checkout.

2.4 A referral will be deemed successful only once the Referred Customer’s qualifying order has been:

• Fully completed;

• Not cancelled;

• Not refunded;

• Not subject to chargeback or payment dispute.

2.5 Upon a successful referral, the Referrer will receive a £5 reward coupon.

3. Rewards

3.1 The Referred Customer will receive £5 off their first qualifying order over £25.

3.2 The Referrer will receive a £5 reward following a successful referral.

3.3 Rewards:

• Have no cash value;

• Are non-transferable;

• Cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred;

• Cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases.

3.4 Rewards may not be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless expressly stated.

4. Expiry of Rewards

4.1 All rewards are subject to expiry.

4.2 The expiry date for each reward will be displayed within the customer’s account.

4.3 Expired rewards cannot be reinstated or extended.

5. Referral Limits

5.1 Customers may make up to 20 successful referrals per calendar year.

5.2 A “successful referral” is defined as one in which both the Referrer and the Referred Customer receive rewards.

5.3 Matt Cooper Bites Ltd reserves the right to limit additional referrals beyond this threshold.

6. Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse

6.1 The Program is intended for genuine referrals to friends, family, or personal contacts.

6.2 The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals;

• Creating multiple accounts;

• Referring existing customers;

• Posting referral links on coupon websites, discount forums, paid advertising platforms, or similar public distribution channels;

• Spamming or unsolicited bulk distribution;

• Any activity deemed fraudulent or abusive.

6.3 Matt Cooper Bites Ltd reserves the right to:

• Withhold or cancel rewards;

• Reverse rewards already issued;

• Suspend or remove customers from the Program;

• Cancel related orders;

• Close accounts where misuse is suspected.

All determinations of abuse or fraud are at the sole discretion of Matt Cooper Bites Ltd.

7. Program Modifications and Termination

7.1 Matt Cooper Bites Ltd reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms;

• Change reward amounts;

• Change eligibility requirements;

• Suspend or terminate the Program at any time.

7.2 Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

7.3 The Company shall not be liable for modification or termination of the Program.

8. General

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8.2 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

8.3 If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Gift Card Policy 

This Gift Card Policy applies to all gift cards issued by Matt Cooper Bites (“we”, “us”, “our”) and redeemed on www.mattcooperbites.com By purchasing or using a Matt Cooper Bites gift card, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Information

Matt Cooper Bites gift cards are digital gift cards issued electronically and redeemable only on www.mattcooperbites.com Gift cards may be purchased for personal use or as a gift for another individual.

2. Expiry

All Matt Cooper Bites gift cards expire 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase, in line with UK consumer law. Any remaining balance will be forfeited after the expiry date. Expiry dates cannot be extended, except where required by law. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or recipient to redeem the gift card before it expires.

3. Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout on www.mattcooperbites.com by entering the unique gift card code. Gift cards may be used for full or partial payment of an order. If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card until fully redeemed or expired.

4. Non-Refundable and No Cash Alternative

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other form of payment, except where required by UK consumer law. Gift cards may not be resold or exchanged for value.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

Gift cards should be treated as cash. Matt Cooper Bites is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or misused gift cards. Gift card codes will not be replaced or refunded unless required by law. Unauthorised use of a gift card does not entitle the purchaser or recipient to a refund.

6. Promotional Offers

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotional discounts, offers, or coupon codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards unless explicitly stated. Gift cards may be used in conjunction with promotions on eligible products unless otherwise specified.

7. Returns and Refunds

If an order paid for with a gift card is returned or refunded in accordance with our Returns Policy and UK consumer law, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card. The original gift card expiry date will continue to apply. Refunds will not be provided in cash or to an alternative payment method unless required by law.

8. Fraud and Misuse

Matt Cooper Bites reserves the right to cancel or refuse redemption of any gift card where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected. Any such action will be taken in accordance with applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK or EU law. Subject to this, Matt Cooper Bites shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use a gift card, including expired, lost, or stolen gift cards.

10. Changes to This Policy

Matt Cooper Bites reserves the right to amend this Gift Card Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to gift cards purchased after the date of the update and will not affect existing statutory rights.

Promotions

All promotions and discount codes are only valid on full price items and items that are already reduced are not eligible – unless stated otherwise.

Wrong application or non application of any coupon codes cannot be retrospectively refunded or corrected by Matt Cooper Bites LTD.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. If items purchased as part of this promotion are returned, refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price.

In the event of technical errors, including pricing glitches, the accidental application of discounts, or website malfunctions that result in incorrect or free items being added to orders, Matt Cooper Bites reserves the right to cancel, amend, or correct any affected orders.

Free delivery promotions apply to UK delivery addresses only and are calculated based on the final order total after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied, excluding delivery charges and taxes.

Excludes sale items, items not fulfilled by Matt Cooper Bites, gift cards, and shipping fees. If items purchased with this code are returned, refunds will reflect the discounted price.

It is the consumer’s responsibility to decide whether any product sold by Matt Cooper Bites LTD is safe to consume.

For your safety — especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions — please always check the ingredient label on the package before consuming.

All images, graphics, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Matt Cooper Bites Ltd, unless otherwise stated. These works are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, download, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or use any of our images or content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of our images or content may result in legal action, including (but not limited to) claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.
