Orders
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, although it may take longer in busier periods.
You will receive either/or an email/SMS with tracking information for you order. You’ll be able to see if your order has despatched via this tracking.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, but it can take up to two working days. Order Before 11am To Be Sent Same Day Mon-Fri (Exc Bank Hols).
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 aims to deliver items within two to three working days.
During busier times, deliveries may experience delays or take longer than usual due to the amount of post in the Royal Mail network.
Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped as a priority on Monday.
Whilst Royal Mail make every effort to deliver these items within the above-mentioned timescales, this is not guaranteed. Matt Cooper Bites are not responsible or liable for any delay in deliveries for your selected delivery service from Royal Mail, for the above mentioned timescales.
Standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is £4.19 for any UK orders under £40. Standard UK Shipping is FREE for orders over £30. Standard shipping is untracked.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked shipping is £5.49.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked International and any shipping costs will be visible in the checkout or cart once you have inputed your address and your location has been determined.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns on our products. Any refunds will be at the discretion of Matt Cooper Bites.
Any queries in regards to defected products or incomplete delivery must be raised within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date as per Royal Mail tracking. Any queries raised past 21 days will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for customers providing wrong contact and/or shipping information.
A ‘Stop And Return‘ attempt can be made on orders that have already been despatched and not yet delivered to a wrong address. There is no guarantee that a stop and return will be successfully returned to Matt Cooper Bites LTD. Due to the costs associated with this, if a stop and return is successfully returned to Matt Cooper Bites LTD and you would like the order forwarding onto a new address, the cost of this will be £4.49 per order. Orders cannot be forwarded on until payment has been received. This offer is only valid for 21 days after Matt Cooper Bites LTD receive the return.
No refunds will be given for items that the customer no longer wants to keep for any reason.
No returns will be accepted for items.
Any refunds and replacement product(s) will be at the discretion of Matt Cooper Bites LTD.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If your region isn't available in the checkout, please contact us below.
