Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, although it may take longer in busier periods.
You will receive either/or an email/SMS with tracking information for you order. You’ll be able to see if your order has despatched via this tracking.
We choose the carrier for each order based on our business needs, and customers cannot select or request a specific carrier. The delivery service you choose at checkout (Standard or Next Day) determines the speed of delivery, not the carrier.
EVRI:
Evri Standard delivery aims to deliver within two to three days of dispatch.
Evri Next Day delivery aims to deliver the day after dispatch. Order before 11am to be sent the same day, Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays).
Next Day delivery is not available to the postcodes listed below. Customers in these areas can order using Standard delivery only.

Evri delivers on Saturdays and Sundays as well as weekdays, so your parcel may arrive over the weekend.
Some remote or rural postcodes may take longer than the timescales above. Your tracking information will show the latest estimated delivery date.
During busier times, such as November to January, deliveries may be delayed or take longer than usual due to the volume of parcels in the Evri network.
Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped as a priority on Monday.
No collections take place on Saturdays or Sundays.

ROYAL MAIL:
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, but it can take up to two working days. Order Before 11am To Be Sent Same Day Mon-Fri (Exc Bank Hols).

During busier times, deliveries may experience delays or take longer than usual due to the amount of post in the Royal Mail network.
Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped as a priority on Monday.
No collections happen on Saturdays or Sundays. No deliveries are made on Sundays.
