Your unique sharing link can be found in the refer a friend section in the the customer account area. You can share the link however you deem the best way to share. The new customer will then need to sign up via your unique link that you shared with them. They will then be emailed the new referral reward code. They will then need to place their first order subtotalling £25+ AND use their referral reward (currently £5 off).
Once this successful referral has been completed, you will then receive a £5 off coupon reward.

Yes! Use the referral section in your account to get your unique referral link. When friends sign up and make their first purchase using your link, you both receive rewards, subject to both customer meeting the eligibility criteria.

As an existing customer, all you need to do is sign in via the customer account area of the website. For a new customer, once you have visited the site via your friends referral link, you will be prompted to add your name and email, and then you will be directed to the customer account area to sign up. You will then see your £5 off reward. Voila!

You can only refer a new customer. Any referrals for existing customers will not be successful.

Your reward points are yours to keep indefinitely. There's no expiration date, giving you complete flexibility to save and redeem your points whenever you choose. We believe in rewarding your loyalty on your terms.

For both customers to get a reward, BOTH the referring and the referred customer need to meet the eligibility criteria.

For the referring customer:
Must be an existing customer
Must be signed up to the Refer A Friend program via the customer account area
Must use their unique referral link when sharing with friends

For the referred customer:
Must be a new customer
Must use the referring friends unique link to sign up to the Refer A Friend program with
Must use the coupon code on their first order and the order subtotal must be over £25. The code will not work and will not apply without the order being over £25.

Failing to meet any other the above criteria will result in neither customer getting a reward.

Any customers deemed to be self referring will be banned and will have any rewards removed from their accounts.

Matt Cooper Bites LTD reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the program or rewards at any time.

Customers can make up to 20 successful referrals in a year (defined as both rewards being paid out to both customers).

Customers found to be misusing the share of their link by spamming other users, will be removed from the program and won't receive any outstanding unredeemed rewards.
