Ingredients

3 Tbsp Tikka Spice Blend

0.5 tsp red food colouring - mixed with 3 tbsp of water

3 tbsp of greek/natural yogurt

4 chicken thighs

8 tortilla wraps

Carton of tomato passata

Cheese of your choice

Toppings of your choice (red onion, pepper etc)

Directions
Mix the chicken thighs, Tikka Spice Blend, colouring and yogurt into a bowl. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
Air fry on 200℃ for 18 mins - turning halfway.
Layer your first tortilla wrap with a light layer of passata and cheese. Add another tortilla wrap on top and bake in the oven for 8 minutes on 200 ℃.
Remove from the oven and give the base a top layer of passata and cheese, then add your toppings and your sliced cooked chicken tikka.
Add back into the oven until the base has crisped up, the veggies has slightly charred and the cheese is melted.
