Coated in a simple yoghurt marinade using our Matt Cooper Bites Tikka Spice Blend, they're ready in under 30 minutes and deliver all the smoky, restaurant-style flavour you'd expect from your favourite Indian takeaway.
Prawns don't need long to cook, making this one of the quickest recipes you can make with our Tikka Spice Blend. Whether you're firing up the BBQ, using the air fryer or cooking them in a hot frying pan, you'll have juicy, perfectly spiced prawns on the table in no time.
They're naturally high in protein, low in fat and perfect for anyone looking for a healthier fakeaway without compromising on flavour.
Another Great Way To Use Our Tikka Spice Blend
Most people know our Tikka Spice Blend for making incredible chicken tikka, but that's only the beginning.
It works brilliantly with prawns, paneer, vegetables, fish and even lamb, making it one of the most versatile spice blends you'll have in your cupboard.
The yoghurt marinade helps the spices coat the prawns evenly, while high-heat cooking creates those lightly charred edges that make tandoori food so good.
High In Protein, Low On Effort
If you're looking for an easy high protein meal, this recipe is ideal.
Prawns are naturally lean, packed with protein and cook in just a few minutes, making them perfect for busy weeknights, quick lunches or post-gym dinners.
Serve them with rice, salad, flatbreads or chips, or add them to wraps, rice bowls or salads for an easy meal that's full of flavour.
Not Just For Prawns
The same tikka marinade also works brilliantly with paneer, cauliflower, mushrooms or even halloumi, making it a great option for vegetarians.
It's another reason our Matt Cooper Bites Tikka Spice Blend has become one of the most versatile products in the range. One blend, countless recipes.
