Ever wondered how to make those desi pub-style masala chips? Then look no further.
Every time I go for a tandoori mixed grill, I always opt for masala chips. I feel that they're the perfect side for a grill and a curry.
They're a nice level of heat that certainly adds flavour and packs a punch but without intruding on the wonderful flavours of a curry or a grill.

Add a splash of lemon juice, fresh coriander and onion for the ultimate masala chips.

Ingredients

Matt Cooper Bites Masala Chips Seasoning

250g oven chips
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
¼ red onion - thinly sliced
-
Fresh coriander for garnish
Directions
Cook your chips however you prefer. Whether that be oven chips or homemade, the choice is yours.
Once the chips are cooked, transfer them into a bowl where you can eventually toss the chips.
Add your lemon to the chips and toss
Add a generous coating of Masala Chips Seasoning to the chips, alongside the coriander and red onion. Toss then serve.
