This recipe has been wonderfully crafted by the extremely talented Matt Hutson. Matt has produced a lot of recipes for mattcooperbites.com so I would certainly recommend catching up on some of his other recipes.
Matt created a Rogan Josh dipping sauce using the Rogan Josh Curry Kit but this it totally optional. You could just create a mint and coriander dip to accompany this.
The combination of tender tandoori lamb, warm flatbreads, and crunchy toppings makes these shredded tandoori lamb flatbreads a must-try.
