Half a bag of Dopiaza Curry Kit
-
600 g chicken breast (or meat/paneer of choice) cut into large chunks
-
3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 onion roughly chopped into chunks
-
1 pepper roughly chopped into chunks
-
200 ml chicken or vegetable stock
-
400 g tomato passata or chopped tomatoes
-
1 bunch freshly chopped coriander optional garnish
-
1 tbsp crispy onions optional garnish
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients and add them all to the slow cooker, apart from the coriander and crispy onions. Stir.
