Ingredients
-
Half a bag of Garlic Chilli Curry Kit
-
600 g chicken breast – chopped into large chunks
-
1 onion sliced
-
3 tbsp vegetable oil
-
10 garlic cloves – sliced
-
3 green finger chillies if you want it extra spicy!
-
200 ml chicken or vegetable stock
-
400 g passata or chopped tomatoes
-
Bunch of fresh coriander
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients and add them all to the slow cooker, apart from the coriander, onion and garlic cloves.
Cook on high for 3.5 hours or low for 6 hours. If the curry is too runny, take the lid off for 30 minutes and continue cooking.
15 minutes before serving – slice the onions and the garlic cloves and fry off in a frying pan with 2 tbsp veg oil, until they turn golden brown. You will want to start with the onions first, and then add the garlic in later as the onion will take look longer to caramelise. Add to the slow cooker before serving and mix.
